1. Using Mazzie
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Do not use Mazzie unlawfully, interfere with the service, probe its security, or upload content you do not have a right to use.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the records, files, and other content you submit. You grant Mazzie the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for its accuracy and legality.
3. Connected services
If you connect a third-party service, you authorize Mazzie to access and process the information needed for that connection. Third-party services have their own terms and may change or stop working independently of Mazzie.
4. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans renew for the period shown at checkout until canceled. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and any trial conditions will be disclosed before purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party provider; Mazzie does not store full payment-card data.
5. Financial and tax information
Mazzie is recordkeeping software, not an accounting, legal, payroll, or tax advisory service. Estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not tax advice. Consult a licensed professional before relying on information for filing or financial decisions.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel.
7. Termination
You may stop using Mazzie at any time. We may terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, or nonpayment after reasonable notice when practicable. Export records you need before closing an account.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mazzie is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Mazzie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
9. Contact and legal review
Questions about these terms can be submitted through your account administrator. Business identity, contact, governing-law, dispute, refund, and liability-cap terms must be finalized with counsel before public launch.
