Information is retained while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, backup, legal, tax, and security purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You may update profile and billing details in Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain processing. Requests may require identity verification.

7. Cookies and similar technology

Mazzie uses essential storage and cookies for authentication, security, preferences, and core functionality. Any optional analytics or marketing technologies should be disclosed and, where required, offered only after consent.

8. Children and international use

Mazzie is intended for business users and not for children under 13. If information is transferred across borders, it will be handled using safeguards required by applicable law.

Material policy changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel. Privacy questions and rights requests can be submitted through your account administrator. The legal entity, privacy contact, regional disclosures, and retention schedule must be finalized with counsel before public launch.
